about

When I first heard this song by John Prine and Pat McLaughlin, it stopped me in my tracks. I connected to the overwhelming feeling of being lost and needing help. Since I can remember, I have struggled with my mental health. I know that the holiday season can be a challenging time for some people, so I wanted to release my version of this song to inspire hope and to let all of you who are struggling know that you are not alone. I will be donating the proceeds of this release to The National Alliance on Mental Health. For 40 years, NAMI has been at the forefront of the mental health movement providing support, education and advocacy to ensure people get the care they need and deserve.
